PERCO SEAS LTD., established in 1980 by Capt. Andrei T. Perlman, offers comprehensive maritime services to vessels calling at Israeli ports, including port agency, husbandry and marine consultancy.
The company also offers worldwide cargo transportation services, including chartering and ship & cargo broking, to and from Israel and any other ports, using vessels operated by its principals "Seafreight Shipping Ltd." of London. Perco Seas specializes in transporting raw materials for industrial use, such as steel, timber, chemicals and fertilizers, grain and agriprods, as well as in shipments of project cargo and general cargo. The company’s main region of activity includes the ports of the Black Sea, the Mediterranean and the Continent.

Commercial Marine Academy. Andrei
T. Perlman has sailed aboard various general cargo, passenger, containers and tanker. Later he has
shifted ashore, working for different shipping companies until founding his own, in 1980. Capt. Perlman is also a member of the International Loss Adjusters' Association.
